Organ to go: Legal Framework and Public Awareness of Organ Donation in Thailand

On 21 June 2025, ALSA Thailand joined the Organ to Go project to assist the Thai Red Cross Youth Network in its efforts to promote organ donation in Thailand. ALSA Thailand focuses on assisting the Thai Red Cross Youth Network in public outreach by providing legal knowledge, educational support, and volunteer assistance related to organ donation.

Through this project, ALSA Thailand participated by informing youths about the importance of organ donation and explaining the legal framework, rights, and procedures involved in becoming an organ donor under Thai law. The project aims to reduce misunderstandings, address legal concerns, and encourage more people to register as organ donors.
